Hanoi Moi Newspaper promotes grassroots propaganda ahead of Party Congresses at all levels

On the morning of July 16, a working delegation of Hanoi Moi Newspaper led by Deputy Editor-in-Chief Luong Chi Cong visited and worked with the communes of Hung Dao, Quoc Oai, Kieu Phu and Phu Cat (Hanoi city) on the work of presenting newspapers to party members with 50 years of Party membership or more; coordinating propaganda before, during and after Party Congresses at all levels.

Talking with the leaders of the communes: Hung Dao, Quoc Oai, Kieu Phu and Phu Cat, Deputy Editor-in-Chief of Hanoi Moi Newspaper Luong Chi Cong said that the arrangement of administrative units and the organization of a two-level local government model is a strong transformation of Hanoi city in particular and the whole country in general, aiming towards an effective administration, close to the people, serving the people better.

As the agency of the Hanoi Party Committee, the voice of the Party Committee, government and people of the capital, Hanoi Moi Newspaper is always ready to accompany and share with localities in all activities, especially in propaganda work.

In the immediate future, we hope that the communes will strengthen their coordination with the Hanoi Moi Newspaper to disseminate the results achieved and the difficulties and obstacles after 2 weeks of the two-level local government coming into operation, thereby informing the city leaders to promptly lead, direct and support the grassroots government to operate more effectively and efficiently.

Regarding the task of propagating Party Congresses at all levels, Hanoi Moi Newspaper hopes that the communes of Hung Dao, Quoc Oai, Kieu Phu and Phu Cat will provide information, organizational plans, directions and breakthrough tasks in the 2025-2030 term so that the Newspaper can develop a more systematic and effective propaganda plan.

On this occasion, Hanoi Moi Newspaper presented a map of the administrative boundaries of 126 new communes and wards and photos of leaders of the communes: Hung Dao, Quoc Oai, Kieu Phu and Phu Cat receiving the decision presented by Central Party Committee member, Chairman of Hanoi People's Committee Tran Sy Thanh and Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee, Chairman of Hanoi People's Council Nguyen Ngoc Tuan at the ceremony announcing the decisions on the arrangement of 126 communes and wards in Hanoi.
