The coordination program aims to help Lai Chau Provincial Party Committee and Nhan Dan Newspaper fulfill their political functions and tasks well, meeting the requirements in the new situation. Strengthen information, propaganda, and promote Lai Chau's image on Nhan Dan Newspaper's media.
Thereby helping cadres, party members and people better understand the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws, contributing to promoting the province's potential and strengths, promoting investment, expanding cooperation and attracting businesses and investors to survey and invest in implementing projects in the province.
Speaking at the signing ceremony, comrade Le Quoc Minh said that in the coming time, Nhan Dan Newspaper will send specialized staff, reporters, and editors to monitor, write articles, and publish to promote and introduce Lai Chau province's activities on Nhan Dan Newspaper's media channels.

Provide information sponsorship and support in propagating and promoting major events of the province; support Lai Chau province in orienting public opinion in the most timely manner in cases where there is a lot of information, conflicting public opinions, unverified information, and incorrect information about events taking place in the province.
Comrade Le Quoc Minh also requested the leaders of Lai Chau province to create conditions for the province's press agencies to exploit information about Lai Chau that has been published and broadcast on the media of Nhan Dan Newspaper according to regulations. Support training and fostering journalism skills for reporters and technicians of Lai Chau province in building modern, multimedia press agencies.
At the signing ceremony, delegates focused on discussing and agreeing on the content of the Cooperation Program; sharing good experiences, creative ways of working in cooperation and proposing some ideas in the cooperation work.
