At the festival, journalist Nguyen Ngoc Anh - Deputy Editor-in-Chief of Saigon Giai Phong Newspaper, Editor-in-Chief of Saigon Giai Phong Hoa Van Newspaper, Head of the festival's organizing committee, shared that ethnic groups around the world are always conscious of preserving their writing and language because they are the soul and quintessence of a national culture.

In addition to conveying semantic messages, each written word also contains a philosophy of life. And more specifically, with the talent of the writer, each written word (that is, each character) can become a picture. Over thousands of years of history, that unique feature has been promoted to become an art form: the art of calligraphy.
