One day later, the storm from Hue to Quang Ngai sea, wind force still level 8, gust level 10.
The National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting said that although the storm is still far away and there is no specific forecast on rainfall, the meteorological agency recommended that localities need to prepare response plans for flood scenarios on the Quang Tri - Quang Ngai rivers that could reach alert level three and exceed alert level three, along with the risk of landslides and flash floods.
