According to the Ha Tinh Hydrometeorological Station, at 1:00 p.m. on July 27, the center of the storm was located at about 21.1 degrees North latitude; 119.3 degrees East longitude, about 370km South Southeast of Shantou (China).

The strongest wind near the storm center is level 13 (134-149km/h), gusting to level 16.

Due to the impact of the storm, the eastern sea area of the North East Sea has rain, strong winds of level 6-7, the northeastern area has strong winds of level 9-11, the area near the storm center has strong winds of level 12-13, gusts of level 16; the sea is very rough.

In the eastern sea of the North East Sea, waves are 6.0-8.0m high, and near the storm center, waves are 8.0-10.0m high.
