In Hoa Tri commune, the delegation presented 150 gifts including rice and necessities, and 15 bags of clothes to the people. The 400 gifts were donated and supported by organizations and individuals, and sent to the people in the localities through Khanh Hoa Newspaper, Radio and Television.
According to preliminary statistics, during the recent flood, Tan Dinh commune had 1,542 flooded houses, of which 150 families had to be urgently evacuated, 6 houses were damaged; many areas of rice and crops were damaged; more than 5,200m of roads were eroded and damaged..., with an initial total estimated damage of more than 29 billion VND. Hoa Tri commune had 695 flooded households, of which 68 had to be evacuated; more than 950ha of crops, 550ha of fruit trees were damaged; 7 traffic works under the management of the commune were completely damaged; 24 irrigation works were damaged..., with an initial total estimated damage of about 20 billion VND.
