On the basis of the unified press agencies, the Quang Ninh Provincial Media Center has restructured and rearranged its apparatus and operating mechanism in the direction of input, output, consulting and service on the basis of the model of "Multimedia convergence newsroom, multi-platform distribution". The Center has quickly converged human resources and facilities of previous press agencies, diversified types and press products, especially modern media products; increased the number of self-produced news and articles, created information strength, propagated and oriented public opinion, opened up opportunities to carry out major media campaigns; mastered the province's official information flow, increased the strength and trust of the people in the leadership of the Party and State, and is worthy of being a trusted mouthpiece of the Party Committee, government and people of Quang Ninh province. The Center's media products have become effective tools to protect the Party's ideological foundation, refute erroneous and hostile viewpoints, and plots and " peaceful evolution" activities of hostile forces.

Looking back at the outstanding events and issues that have attracted public and public attention in recent times, the Provincial Media Center sees that proactively informing, in-depth and extensive information, and having a new approach to ideological communication has created a truly meaningful and effective wave of public opinion in clarifying the orientation of public opinion for young people on cyberspace.
