According to information from the Customs Department, Noi Bai International Airport Customs and the Drug Crime Investigation Police Department, Hanoi Police have just arrested two subjects for buying, selling and transporting a total of more than 5.3 kg of various types of drugs.
On May 31, at Nguyen Van Cu Street, Long Bien District, Hanoi, Noi Bai International Airport Customs, Customs Control Team - Customs Branch of Region I, Drug Crime Investigation Police Department, Hanoi City Police coordinated to arrest LTK, born in 1998, while he was illegally transporting more than 3.1 kg of ketamine (a type of synthetic drug).

This amount of synthetic drugs was cleverly hidden, mixed in 8 bags of synthetic nuts and chocolate candies of the brands "Milka MMMAX", "Notenmix", "Walnoten", "Mokate Chocolate".
The case has been handed over by the Customs agency to the Drug Crime Investigation Police Department, Hanoi City Police, to continue investigating and handling according to the provisions of law.

Most recently, on June 3, at Thach Thang Ward, Hai Chau, Da Nang City, Noi Bai International Airport Customs, together with the Drug Crime Investigation Police Department, Hanoi City Police; Drug Crime Investigation Police Department, Da Nang City Police and the Customs Control Team, Regional Customs Department I arrested a subject and seized more than 5,000 ecstasy pills (equivalent to 2.2 kg of MDMA).
The incident is also being further clarified by the participating forces.
