Surprise with the stock of a corporation

*EIB: Vietnam Export Import Commercial Joint Stock Bank (stock code: EIB) listed an additional 121.8 million EIB shares, increasing the number after changing the listing to more than 1.8 billion shares since October 11.

*VCI: Vietcap Securities Joint Stock Company (stock code: VCI) listed an additional 132.5 million VCI shares, raising the total number of listed shares to 574 million VCI shares since October 11.

* MSN : Masan Group's MSN shares unexpectedly increased sharply by 3.9% in the October 10 session, reaching VND80,000/share. This is also the highest price range in the past 7 months, MSN's market capitalization accordingly increased to nearly VND115,100 billion (~USD4.6 billion). Not only did the price increase positively, liquidity on this stock also became more vibrant than ever. The volume of matched shares recorded nearly 20 million units, equivalent to a transaction value of approximately VND1,580 billion, the highest in the listing history of this stock.

* FDC : Mr. Nguyen Quoc Viet has officially left the shareholder position of Ho Chi Minh City Foreign Trade and Investment Development Joint Stock Company (Fideco, code: FDC) after divesting all 1.78 million FDC shares (4.61%) on October 7. On the stock market, FDC shares have been on a hot rise since the end of September until now, bringing the market price from 12,500 VND/share to 17,000 VND/share, an increase of 36%.

*APH: An Phat Holdings Corporation (stock code: APH) dismissed Mr. Pham Anh Duong from the position of Chairman of the Board of Directors from October 9 and replaced him with Mr. Nguyen Le Thang Long.

*SBD: Do Van Hao - Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Sao Bac Dau Technology Joint Stock Company (stock code: SBD) sold 393,601 SBD shares from September 26 to October 4, reducing the number of shares held to 610,110 shares.

*ADS: Long Hung Golf Company Limited, an organization related to Ms. Vu Phuong Diep, Deputy General Director of Damsan Joint Stock Company (stock code: ADS) bought 967,000 ADS shares from September 10 to October 9, increasing its ownership ratio to 1.27%.

*TIP: Mr. Nguyen Quoc Nam, Deputy Director   Tin Nghia Industrial Park Development Joint Stock Company (stock code: TIP) has submitted a resignation letter for personal reasons.

*DAG: Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange (HOSE) has just issued a document announcing the mandatory delisting of DAG shares of Dong A Plastics Group Joint Stock Company due to the listing organization's serious violation of information disclosure obligations.

*VRC: Mr. Tu Nhu Quynh, Chairman of the Board of Directors of VRC Real Estate and Investment Joint Stock Company (stock code: VRC) registered to sell 6.2 million VRC shares from October 16 to November 14 to solve personal financial needs.

*TCD: Tracodi Construction Group Corporation (stock code: TCD) dismissed Mr. Pham Dang Khoa from his position as General Director and legal representative of the company. The person appointed to this position is Permanent Deputy General Director Tran Nguyen Huan, effective from October 9.

Dividend payment:

*VGC: Viglacera Corporation (stock code: VGC) pays 2023 cash dividend at a rate of 12.5%. The ex-dividend date is October 21.

*VHF: Vinh Ha Construction and Food Processing Joint Stock Company (stock code: VHF) pays 2023 cash dividend at a rate of 3.45%. The ex-dividend date is October 15.

*AVG: The Board of Directors of Au Viet International Fertilizer Joint Stock Company (stock code: AVG) approved the implementation of the plan to issue 4 million AVG shares to pay dividends in 2022 and 2023, at a ratio of 10:3 (shareholders holding 10 old shares will receive 3 new shares), expected to be issued in the fourth quarter of 2024.

*CKD: Dong Anh Licogi Mechanical Joint Stock Company (stock code: CKD) pays 2023 cash dividend, rate 19%. Record date is October 4.
