DTO - At 10:50 a.m. on January 6, 2024, while patrolling the area on Cai Sao Street in Ward 11, Ward 11 Police, Cao Lanh City discovered and caught red-handed Tran Van Binh (born in 1968), residing in An Hiep Commune, Chau Thanh District, transporting contraband goods, smuggled foreign cigarettes.

The seized exhibits included 400 packs of JET brand cigarettes, 200 packs of HERO brand cigarettes and 1 motorbike with license plate 66P1-380.26. The case is under further investigation.
