Although only 8 years old, Chloe's learning attitude surprises many adults. |
Not only gifted with a natural talent for languages, Chloe's success comes from her family's choice of early education . Since she was 4 years old, Ms. Thanh Tinh (her mother) has persistently created a diverse English training environment for her child: from reading interactive books, learning through games, to integrating foreign languages into daily activities. Clips recording the moment Chloe enthusiastically told stories in English with her mother have attracted millions of views, receiving a shower of compliments from domestic and international audiences. Many foreign audiences also commented to praise the child's native pronunciation.
Few people know that behind the million-view TikTok videos and the ability to speak English fluently like a native, there is a long journey of effort and guidance from her family. Chloe is not just a 'TikTok baby', but is also gradually perfecting herself to become a typical 'global digital citizen'.
From Tiktok phenomenon to “global citizen”
Despite her young age, Chloe has shown the potential to become a golden generation “good at foreign languages and knowledgeable about technology”. Working in the IT industry, Chloe’s mother clearly understands: For her child to shine in the digital age, being good at English alone is not enough.

Family is always a strong supporter, supporting Chloe wholeheartedly in her studies. |
“I think that my child needs to develop both logical thinking and creativity equally. That is why I oriented him to get acquainted with programming early. He also has a good technological foundation from his experience studying online for the past 4 years, organizing English sharing sessions with his peers. In early 2025, seeing that he was old enough to learn new skills, I decided to register him to try his hand at the programming program at TechTrain” – Ms. Thanh Tinh shared.
Chloe is currently participating in programming activities at TechTrain, an online STEAM technology program for children aged 5-15. With a personalized curriculum, TechTrain not only helps children build a solid technology foundation but also optimizes their existing foreign language advantages thanks to a diverse program (monolingual English or bilingual English-Vietnamese).
“Chloe can be absorbed in her programming projects for hours,” said Ms. Tinh. “Participating in programming courses at TechTrain also creates an English communication environment that helps her develop her foreign language skills more naturally,” Ms. Thanh Tinh proudly shared.
And Chloe’s journey is proof that with the right early guidance, children can absolutely become outstanding global citizens, ready to conquer all challenges and seize opportunities in the digital future. Ms. Thanh Tinh’s decision is not only a mother’s love, but also shows her far-sighted vision of modern education, where digital skills play a key role.
