The hospital has applied an automatic number taking system, registering for medical examination via phone application, classifying and paying for prescriptions, and automatic prescription dispensing locations, helping to reduce notification noise and waiting time. The hospital also applies cashless payment of hospital fees, ensuring accuracy and transparency in hospital fee collection.

In particular, the interdisciplinary treatment process is optimized to treat stroke cases, interventional cardiology, nutrition education and physical therapy for patients before, during and after surgery. Applying the Early Recovery After Surgery (ERAS) program, improving patient care processes, shortening treatment time. These activities have been recognized for their effectiveness with international recognition certificates, certificates of merit, and certificates of merit from the Government, the Provincial People's Committee and the Department of Health of Dong Nai province.
