
Speaking at the closing ceremony, Professor Li Hanjun, Party Secretary of the Institute of Culture and Communication (Central University of Finance and Economics , China) emphasized: “The training course closely followed the core topics of the development of the cultural industry in Hanoi, revolving around the fields of: Cultural industry policy and planning, preservation and revival of cultural heritage, building a creative city, transforming cultural tourism, digital transformation...
Through a system of specialized lectures, in-depth case analysis seminars, rich field trips and practical experience exchange activities, the course has successfully built a quality platform that promotes knowledge sharing.

Professor Ly Han Quan also highly appreciated the spirit, enthusiastic learning attitude and high concentration of the students. The problems and perspectives of the students based on the rich resources of Hanoi culture not only show the professional capacity and sense of responsibility of each student, but also help the exchanges and discussions in the course to be constructive and strongly inspiring.
On behalf of the trainees, comrade Pham Xuan Tai, Deputy Director of the Hanoi Department of Culture and Sports , Head of the working delegation, respectfully expressed his thanks to the Standing Committee of the Hanoi Party Committee for always paying special attention to the training and planning of the city's staff in general and each member of this training class on cultural industry development.
Comrade Pham Xuan Tai said: "After nearly 10 days of studying in Beijing (China), the delegation participated in 15 contents (8 topics in class, 6 field trips, 1 seminar) from theory to practice of developing China's cultural industry.

The highly specific and lively lectures on the development of cultural industries in China have helped students accumulate useful knowledge and management experience. The field trips to successful cultural industry models in Beijing have helped students learn and apply flexibly in their working positions in sectors and localities of Hanoi.
This is the right direction to concretize the implementation of Resolution No. 09-NQ/TU of the Hanoi Party Committee on "Developing cultural industry in the capital for the period 2021-2025, orientation to 2030, vision to 2045".
On this occasion, on behalf of the trainees, comrade Pham Xuan Tai expressed his thanks to the Organizing Committee of the Hanoi Party Committee, the departments and branches of Hanoi city and the Central University of Finance and Economics of China for their hard work in researching and developing the training program, successfully completing the proposed training content and program.
