Tay Ho and Phu Thuong wards donated more than 2 billion VND to support people affected by floods.

The Fatherland Front Committee of Tay Ho and Phu Thuong wards has received more than 2 billion VND to support people in flood-hit areas. On November 25, all the money and goods donated by officials, party members and people of Tay Ho and Phu Thuong wards were sent to the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hanoi city.

In the spirit of "Mutual love and support", " Hanoi for the whole country, Hanoi with the whole country", responding to the call of the Chairman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, the Tay Ho Ward Fatherland Front Committee issued Official Dispatch No. 48 /MTTQ-BTT dated November 22, 2025 calling on all walks of life to join hands and contribute to support people who are suffering heavy losses due to floods.

In just over 2 days of implementation, as of November 24, 2025, the Tay Ho Ward Fatherland Front Committee has received more than 1,178 billion VND and items including: 130 kg of rice, 119 boxes of instant noodles, 47 boxes of dry food, 36 boxes of milk from cadres, party members and people of Tay Ho Ward donated and supported.

On November 25, 2025, on behalf of the Party Committee - People's Council - People's Committee - Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the ward, comrade Le Quoc Thinh, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Tay Ho Ward Party Committee, presented all the money and donations to the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hanoi City. This is an action showing the affection, responsibility and deep sharing of Tay Ho Ward officials with the people who suffered damage caused by floods.

Comrade Truong Tu Uyen said that Phu Thuong ward has launched a peak campaign to mobilize donations, targeting people in provinces that are heavily affected by natural disasters. The consistent message is the spirit of "mutual love", "the healthy leaves cover the torn leaves", the core values ​​that have created the strength of the Vietnamese community throughout history.
