Closing ceremony of training course on skills and professional team work for officers in charge of children and teachers as team leaders

STO - On the afternoon of June 2, at Soc Trang Community College, the Provincial Youth Union Council held a closing ceremony for the training course on skills and professional work of the Youth Union for cadres in charge of children and teachers who will be the general leaders of the Youth Union in 2023. Attending the ceremony were comrades: Huynh Quoc Quy - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union, Chairman of the Provincial Youth Union Council; Doan Chi Hai - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union and students of the class.

During the 4 days, 425 trainees who are officers in charge of children and teachers in charge of the team were deployed with the latest contents on the Ho Chi Minh Young Pioneers Team ritual; the topic of Improving the capacity to protect, prevent and combat child abuse for officers in charge in residential areas. At the same time, they were trained in the necessary skills of officers in charge of children in implementing activities for children in residential areas; how to hand over students to their local activities and receive students back to school during the summer; guide summer activities for children according to topics and themes; management skills, building clubs, teams, groups of children, skills to design collective models for children in residential areas. At the end of the class, 100% of trainees were awarded certificates of completion of the training course.

The training course aims to foster and improve professional team work, social work skills; standardize team rituals and regulations of the Ho Chi Minh Young Pioneers, and skills in performing team rituals in schools for staff working with children. Thereby contributing to promoting team activities and children's movements in the locality.
