It is believed that the above phenomenon may have occurred due to the workers working in hot and tiring weather. The patients had lunch by bringing food and drinks from home as usual. Immediately, the patients were examined by doctors and medical staff, taking their medical history and giving them orders: oxygen, IV fluids, and warming.

After more than 1 hour of emergency treatment, the patients gradually regained consciousness and their vital signs gradually stabilized. Doctors urgently checked their vital signs and ordered the necessary tests to assess the patients' health.

A total of 10 patients from the branch of Nguyen Thanh Hung Company Limited (footwear company) in Binh Duc 5 Hamlet, Binh Duc Ward, Long Xuyen City, An Giang Province were hospitalized with the above condition.

By the afternoon of the same day, the patients were still being monitored at the Emergency - Intensive Care - Anti-Poison Department at the hospital. That evening, 9 patients were in stable health and were discharged from the hospital.
