Dong Thap Military-Civilian Hospital spreads the spirit of solidarity between the military and the people through free medical examinations and medication distribution.

(DONG THAP) On December 14th, the Dong Thap Provincial Military-Civilian Hospital, in coordination with the Dong Thap Lottery Company, organized free medical examinations, health consultations, and medication distribution for over 200 people in Thap Muoi commune (Dong Thap province). The beneficiaries of this event included families receiving preferential treatment, those who contributed to the revolution, the elderly, and households in difficult circumstances.

Leaders of the Dong Thap Provincial Military-Civilian Hospital and the Dong Thap Lottery Company presented gifts to local households.

During the check-up, doctors and medical staff from the Dong Thap Provincial Military-Civilian Hospital conducted general health check-ups, examined patients in various specialties, provided health advice, dispensed medication, and disseminated knowledge on health care, protection, and prevention of common diseases. In addition, over 200 doses of medication for common illnesses were distributed free of charge to the local people.

People received blood pressure measurements, ultrasounds, internal medicine examinations, surgical examinations, and health consultations.

On this occasion, the Dong Thap Provincial Military-Civilian Hospital and the Dong Thap Lottery Company presented 200 gift packages to policy beneficiary families and families in difficult circumstances in the area.
At the program, Captain Duong Quoc Dinh, Director of the Military-Civilian Hospital of Dong Thap province, said that this health check-up and consultation session further affirms the unit's motto: Bringing military medical services closer to the people, ensuring that no one is left behind.
