According to Allkpop, Bi Rain and Kim Tae Hee's commercial building in Gangnam District, Seoul, South Korea, is still vacant and has no buyers. The couple bought the building in June 2021 for 92 billion won (about 1,600 billion VND). A year later, they put the building up for sale for 140 billion won (nearly 2,500 billion VND). However, to date, the building has not been sold.

A real estate expert said that the high rental price and economic instability have led to the building owned by Bi Rain and his wife losing up to a billion won per month. It is estimated that by January 2023, the actor has lost 40 billion won (721 billion VND). Therefore, the singer decided to sell the building to avoid further losses.

Because the building is still abandoned, the star couple is facing a debt of 200 million won (about 3.5 billion VND) every month.

Bi Rain and Kim Tae Hee are one of the most powerful and wealthy celebrity couples in Korea with many properties in Korea and the US. Currently, both are still active in the entertainment industry but their main income is from real estate business.

According to Seoulspace, along with singer PSY, Siwon of Super Junior and several other Korean artists, Bi (Rain) is on the rare list of artists who own more than 50 million USD.
