The tournament aims to raise awareness and promote physical fitness among the elderly community, thereby effectively implementing the "National Movement for Physical Training Following the Example of the Great President Ho Chi Minh" campaign for the period 2021-2030.
Through this platform, the Ho Chi Minh City sports sector aims to create a favorable environment for the elderly to participate, interact, enjoy healthy recreation, and improve their physical fitness, motivating them to continue playing their role as respected elders in building a strong Party and government, developing new rural areas, and creating a civilized urban environment.

The elderly men and women eagerly competed.
This is also an opportunity to honor and encourage the spread of the "Elderly - Shining Examples" movement, where each competition is a testament to the enduring vitality and optimistic spirit of the older generation.
The competition is not only an opportunity for athletes to interact and compete, but also an activity that spreads profound humanitarian values, affirming the city's concern for the spiritual and physical well-being of the elderly. The event promises to bring a vibrant, joyful, and energetic atmosphere, conveying the message: "Live healthily, live usefully - even in old age, you can still shine."

The Organizing Committee presented awards to the winning athletes.
