Comrade Pham Gia Tuc, Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee received and worked with the delegation of the German Business Association led by Mr. Gerhar Braband (Ghe-Hat-Dra-ban) as Head of the Association. Attending the meeting was Comrade Tran Anh Dung - Member of the Party Central Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee.
At the meeting, the delegation of the German Business Association highly appreciated the development potential in Nam Dinh and affirmed: The Association is ready to cooperate and invest in Nam Dinh in the following fields: Training in occupations to serve the labor needs of the province such as mechanics, office, pharmacy, nursing, etc. In particular, focusing on practical training so that apprentices can participate directly in production during the training process and upgrading the equipment of vocational schools. German businesses also discussed the fields of production and business and hoped that Nam Dinh would create conditions for German businesses to cooperate and invest.
Speaking at the meeting, Comrade Pham Gia Tuc, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, welcomed the delegation of the German Business Association who wanted to learn about investment in the province and emphasized: In the context of two-way trade between Vietnam and the Federal Republic of Germany having an impressive growth rate since the EVFTA Free Trade Agreement was implemented, the fact that more and more German enterprises are looking for long-term investment opportunities in Vietnam, especially in Nam Dinh, continues to be a premise for building a close and practical cooperative relationship in many related fields, a bright spot in the comprehensive strategic partnership between the two sides. The Provincial Party Committee Secretary also affirmed: Nam Dinh province will direct authorities at all levels and functional branches to support, create the most favorable conditions, and quickly resolve administrative procedures within the framework of legal regulations for German enterprises to invest in the province. In the work of promoting and attracting investment, the province hopes to continue to receive the attention of many potential German investors, using high technology to invest in production and business in Nam Dinh.
On the same day, within the framework of the German Business Association's visit and working program in Nam Dinh, the German Business Association delegation visited and worked with Nam Dinh College of Economics and Industry on a number of issues related to the coordination of training and supplying human resources from Vietnam to the German market.
