Specialties such as Bau Da wine, Huyen market spring rolls, gai leaf cakes, shrimp spring rolls, Quy Nhon fish noodles, jumping shrimp pancakes... have become "cultural ambassadors" spreading the image of Binh Dinh to all regions.
