(BDO) According to statistics from the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, the province currently has 255 tourist accommodation businesses operating under the organizational form with 7,669 rooms, total registered capital of about VND 2,929 billion. Particularly, operating under the household business form, there are currently 547 units with 6,977 rooms, total registered capital of about VND 310 billion.
Becamex New City Hotel
Regarding the assessment and ranking of tourist accommodation establishments, the provincial Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism has advised on the issuance of decisions on the ranking of hotels: Becamex Thu Dau Mot (3 stars), Hiive (3 stars), Thien Ha (2 stars), Thien Tinh Nghia (1 star); at the same time, it has coordinated with the Vietnam National Tourism Administration to assess Phuong Nam Resort Hotel and Becamex New City Hotel to achieve 4-star ranking. Up to now, the province has 17 star-rated hotels with 1,497 rooms.
