Binh Lieu: Training on selection and calling citizens to join the army in 2025

To improve the quality, efficiency, and consistency in the work of selecting and calling citizens to join the army in 2025 and the following years, on the morning of September 19, the Military Service Council (NVQS) of Binh Lieu district organized a training session on the work of selecting and calling citizens to join the army in 2025.

Participating in the training, trainees from the District Military Command, Police, Health, Justice, Military Commands of communes and towns studied and absorbed the contents of: Procedures for selecting and calling citizens to join the army; Circular No. 105/2023/TT-BQP dated December 6, 2023 of the Ministry of National Defense regulating health standards and health examinations for subjects under the management of the Ministry of National Defense; Instructions for implementing Joint Circular No. 50/2016/TTLT-BQP-BCA dated April 15, 2016 of the Ministry of National Defense - Public Security on "Guidelines for regulating political standards and selecting citizens to serve in the Vietnam People's Army"; Guidance on the implementation of Decree No. 37/2022/ND-CP dated June 6, 2022 of the Government amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Decree regulating administrative sanctions for violations in the field of national defense, management and protection of national borders in the seas, islands and continental shelf of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam; unifying a number of basic contents and procedures in the work of selecting and calling citizens to join the army according to the Law on Military Service 2015...

Through the training course, we aim to foster, unify awareness, exchange and share experiences, and improve the capacity to conduct the selection and call-up of citizens for military service at the grassroots level. Thereby, improving the quality of staff work for local Party committees and authorities; creating positive changes in the selection and call-up of citizens for military service in 2025 and the following years.
