To improve the quality, efficiency, and uniformity of the recruitment and conscription of citizens into the military in 2025 and subsequent years, on the morning of September 19th, the Military Service Council of Binh Lieu district organized a training session on the recruitment and conscription of citizens into the military in 2025.

During the training, participants from the District Military Command, Police, Health, Justice, and the Military Commands of communes and towns studied and absorbed the following contents: the process and steps for selecting and recruiting citizens for military service; Circular No. 105/2023/TT-BQP dated December 6, 2023, of the Ministry of National Defense stipulating health standards and health examinations for subjects under the management of the Ministry of National Defense; and guidance on implementing Joint Circular No. 50/2016/TTLT-BQP-BCA dated April 15, 2016, of the Ministries of National Defense and Public Security on "Guidelines on regulations on political standards and selection of citizens to serve in the Vietnam People's Army". Instructions for implementing Government Decree No. 37/2022/ND-CP dated June 6, 2022, amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Decree stipulating administrative sanctions for violations in the field of national defense, cryptography, management and protection of national borders in the seas, islands, and continental shelf of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam; unifying some basic contents and procedures in the selection and recruitment of citizens for military service according to the 2015 Military Service Law…
The training course aims to foster and unify understanding, exchange experiences, and enhance the capacity to conduct recruitment and conscription at the grassroots level. This will improve the quality of advice provided to local Party committees and authorities, creating positive changes in recruitment and conscription efforts in 2025 and subsequent years.
