In 2025, propaganda activities continued to be implemented extensively and diversely in form and content. All levels of the Farmers' Association organized numerous programs to disseminate the Party's guidelines, the State's policies and laws, regulations on food safety, environmental protection, and disease prevention in agricultural production. In particular, activities celebrating major holidays and the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam Farmers' Association were organized solemnly and practically, creating a vibrant atmosphere of emulation among cadres and members.

In the context of implementing a two-tiered local government model, the Vietnam Farmers' Association at all levels is also focusing on consolidating the organization and building a streamlined, effective, and efficient apparatus in 2025. The review and reorganization of the staff is being carried out rigorously and according to proper procedures, ensuring suitability to the practical situation. Emphasis is placed on planning, training, and developing staff, helping to improve their advisory capacity, skills in mobilizing farmers, and adaptability in the era of digital transformation.

The province currently has 50 association branches and 1,240 sub-branches with 97,568 members, maintaining stability and developing in both scale and quality. The recruitment of new members, coupled with the review, classification, and improvement of sub-branch activities, has created positive changes in building a truly effective association organization.

In 2025, the leadership and management methods of the Executive Committee of the Vietnam Farmers' Association at all levels will be reformed towards a scientific, democratic, and practical approach. Emulation movements and action programs will be concretized with clear objectives, content, and roadmaps; promoting the exemplary role of cadres, especially leaders. Association branches will also proactively adhere to the political tasks of their localities, coordinating the organization of models to support production, protect the environment, build new rural areas, and develop the collective economy. Many units will meet the criteria of "Strong Association Branch," exceeding the set targets, affirming the effectiveness and practicality of the Association's activities directed towards the grassroots.

The Quang Ninh Provincial Farmers' Association coordinated the organization of training courses on managing and using trademarks, business skills, and trade of Mong Cai sweet potatoes for its members and farmers.

Inspection and supervision work continues to be given importance, contributing to rectifying the Association's activities and enhancing the sense of responsibility of officials and members. Regular and thematic inspection programs are implemented synchronously from the provincial level to the grassroots; many models of linkage, capital entrustment, and support for farmers are closely monitored, ensuring transparency and targeting the right beneficiaries.

The emulation movement has been intensified, coupled with timely rewards, creating motivation for members to strive. Outstanding individuals in the emulation movement during the 2020-2025 period have been honored with solemn ceremonies, contributing to the spread of the patriotic emulation spirit throughout the province.

2025 also marks the successful organization of the Vietnam Farmers' Association Congress at all levels for the 2025-2030 term. The congresses were implemented on schedule, following the procedures and content as directed by the Central Association; ensuring democracy, unity, and responsibility.

Thanks to this, the Quang Ninh Provincial Farmers' Association has become increasingly strong, affirming its role as a reliable support for nearly 98,000 members. This is an important foundation for the Association to continue accompanying farmers in developing ecological agriculture, building civilized rural areas, and promoting digital transformation, contributing to the sustainable development of the province in the new phase.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Tuyet Hanh, Chairwoman of the Provincial Farmers' Association, emphasized: Building a clean and strong Association is a key task that determines the effectiveness of implementing farmers' movements. The Association will continue to innovate the content and methods of its activities, improve the capacity of its staff, and consider its members as the central focus in designing practical support programs that meet the requirements of agricultural and rural development in the new period.
