At the conference, the representative of the Organizing Committee of Binh Luc District Party Committee announced the Decision of the Provincial Party Committee to merge the District Party Committee's Propaganda and Education Committee and the District Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Committee into the District Party Committee's Propaganda and Education Committee; announced the Decision of the District Party Committee's Standing Committee to appoint comrade Tran Thi Quyen, member of the District Party Committee, Head of the Propaganda and Education Committee, Director of the District Political Center to hold the position of Head of the District Party Committee's Propaganda and Education Committee, Director of the District Political Center.

Also at the conference, the Standing Committee of the People's Council of Binh Luc district announced the Resolution of the People's Council of the district on the establishment and reorganization of specialized agencies under the People's Committee of the district. Accordingly, the Department of Home Affairs was established on the basis of merging the Department of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs and the Department of Home Affairs; the Department of Agriculture and Environment was established on the basis of merging the Department of Natural Resources and Environment and the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development; the Department of Economy , Infrastructure and Urban Areas was established on the basis of receiving the functions and tasks of advising on state management of construction, traffic, industry and trade from the Department of Economy and Infrastructure; the Department of Culture, Science and Information was established on the basis of receiving the functions and tasks of the Department of Culture and Information and the functions and tasks of science and technology from the Department of Economy and Infrastructure; the arrangement of specialized agencies under the People's Committee of the district (with adjusted functions and tasks), including: Department of Health, Department of Education and Training, Office of the People's Council and People's Committee of the district, and District Inspectorate. Maintain 2 specialized departments under the District People's Committee, including: Department of Finance - Planning, Department of Justice.

Comrade Secretary of Binh Luc District Party Committee presented the Decision of the Provincial Party Committee to merge the District Party Committee's Propaganda Department and the District Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Department into the District Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department.

The conference also announced the decisions of the District People's Committee on the appointment of leadership positions of a number of specialized agencies under the District People's Committee, including: Department of Home Affairs; Department of Culture, Science and Information; Department of Health; Department of Agriculture and Environment; Department of Economy, Infrastructure and Urban Areas. The term of appointment for these positions is 5 years.

On this occasion, the District Party Committee's Organizing Committee announced the decisions to dissolve and establish Party cells, appoint Party cell committees, Party cell secretaries, and deputy Party cell secretaries.

The Standing Committee of Binh Luc District Party Committee presented the decision of the District Party Committee's Standing Committee on the dissolution and establishment of Party cells.

Speaking at the assignment of tasks to the comrades appointed to new positions, comrade Truong Cong Khai, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Binh Luc District Party Committee, acknowledged the consensus and support of the leaders of the agencies in the implementation of the arrangement and streamlining of the political system's organizational apparatus to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of operations, meeting the requirements of tasks in the new situation. At the same time, he requested the agencies and units to promptly complete legal procedures, issue working regulations; hand over documents, seals, etc. according to regulations to ensure continuous, effective operations, without interruption of work and tasks. The comrades appointed to new positions continue to promote their sense of responsibility, intelligence, courage, and solidarity to lead the units to excellently complete the assigned tasks.
