The coaching staff of Binh Phuoc Club in the 2025-2026 first division has been revealed. Besides head coach Nguyen Viet Thang, the identities of the assistants have been revealed.

Acting as professional assistants for Mr. Viet Thang are 3 faces: Truong Dinh Luat, Ho Hoang Tien and Nguyen Quang Hai. In which, Dinh Luat and Quang Hai are both former national players. Along with Viet Thang, the coaching staff of Binh Phuoc Club includes many members with rich experience in Vietnamese football, with good technical and tactical skills to "demonstrate" the players.

However, not everyone who plays football well is a good coach. The coaching staff of Binh Phuoc Club will face the challenge of leading the team to promotion this season. Although they have many stars such as Nguyen Cong Phuong, Tran Minh Vuong, Luong Xuan Truong, Ho Tuan Tai, Le Van Son, Huynh Tan Sinh, Bui Tan Truong..., Binh Phuoc Club has continuously "changed blood" in the past 2 years, leading to a big question mark about cohesion.

The goal of Binh Phuoc Club is not simply to buy many stars, but also to build a vertical axis of the squad, where important positions such as central defender, central midfielder, two wings, and striker are all filled by experienced faces. Next season, Binh Phuoc Club can launch a whole squad that has played for many years in the V-League. Similar to Ninh Binh Club last season, Binh Phuoc Club currently possesses a force that surpasses the first-class level.
