From July 16 to 26, the Provincial Military Command sent nearly 50 officers and soldiers on a field trip to do mass mobilization work in Nam Chac commune, Bat Xat district and Lung Cai commune, Bac Ha district.
Among the nearly 50 officers and soldiers doing mass mobilization work, the core is Regiment 254, divided into 2 working groups. At the place of mass mobilization, officers and soldiers, together with other forces, carry out propaganda on the Law on Military Service, the Law on Militia and Self-Defense Forces; the harmful effects of early marriage and incestuous marriage; and join the people in general cleaning of villages, hamlets, medical stations, and schools in the commune.
Specifically, the mass mobilization team in Nam Chac commune, Bat Xat district carried out the campaign from July 16 to 26. In addition to the above propaganda activities, the army also supported the construction of a "Great Unity" house and supported digging canals to plant tea on about 10 hectares in Nam Khoang village.
By July 22, we had supported digging 6 hectares of canals to plant tea; helped people clear weeds and fields of about 800 m2 .
For the mass mobilization working group in Lung Cai commune, Bac Ha district, mass mobilization will be carried out from July 21 to 26. In addition to propaganda work, it will support pouring concrete for about 1 km of inter-household roads in Sin Chai village, general cleaning of inter-household and inter-village roads; visit and give gifts to poor and disadvantaged households in the commune.
By July 22, officers and soldiers had organized road surface repairs, helping Sin Chai village people pour 100 meters of concrete road.
Mass mobilization activities are regularly organized by the Provincial Military Command every year in many different phases, aiming to effectively implement the emulation movement "The Army joins hands to build new rural areas"; propagate the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws to the masses of people; contribute to improving and enhancing the material and spiritual life of the people; consolidate and strengthen the "flesh and blood" solidarity relationship between the Party, the State, the Army and the People; and enhance the image of "Uncle Ho's soldiers" in the hearts of the people.
