Director of the Civil Judgment Enforcement Department Nguyen Thang Loi attended and presented the appointment decision. Also attending were members of the Standing Committee of the Hue City Party Committee: Phan Xuan Toan, Head of the City Party Committee's Organization Committee; Hoang Hai Minh, Vice Chairman of the Hue City People's Committee.
According to the decision of the Director of the Department of Civil Judgment Enforcement Management, Ms. Phan Thuy Duong, Deputy Director of the Department of Justice of Hue City (currently on secondment to perform the duties of Acting Chief of Civil Judgment Enforcement of Hue City) was accepted to work at the Civil Judgment Enforcement of Hue City, from November 20, 2025 and appointed to hold the position of Chief of Civil Judgment Enforcement of Hue City; the term of office is 5 years from the date of appointment.
Presenting the decision and speaking at the announcement ceremony, Director of the Civil Judgment Enforcement Department Nguyen Thang Loi requested Ms. Phan Thuy Duong to continue promoting democracy and solidarity within the agency and unit; study and thoroughly grasp the provisions of the law and instructions of the Ministry of Justice and the Civil Judgment Enforcement Department on civil judgment enforcement work, promote the application of information technology and digital transformation to lead and operate the activities of the civil judgment enforcement agency, specialized departments, and regional civil judgment enforcement departments to perform their tasks well and in accordance with the law.
At the same time, continue to innovate and improve the quality of management, direction and operation, promote the role and responsibility of leaders. In particular, it is necessary to thoroughly grasp and seriously implement the directions and conclusions of Party and State leaders, closely follow the work program and plan to effectively organize the implementation of assigned tasks.
In her acceptance speech, Ms. Phan Thuy Duong pledged to devote all her heart and mind to the task of building and developing the Civil Judgment Enforcement sector and the locality.
Together with the collective of Hue City Civil Judgment Enforcement, unite and unify in performing the assigned duties, tasks and powers according to the provisions of the Constitution and the law, upholding principles, discipline and administrative discipline, promoting individual responsibility combined with promoting collective intelligence, dynamism and creativity of each individual so that Hue City Civil Judgment Enforcement can increasingly develop.
On this occasion, the Civil Judgment Enforcement Management Department donated 100 million VND to Hue City Civil Judgment Enforcement to support civil servants and workers severely affected by the recent floods.
