On October 12, 2023, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh signed and issued Decision No. 1175/QD-TTg on the appointment of Ms. Nong Thi Ha to hold the position of Deputy Minister and Vice Chairman of the Ethnic Minorities Committee.

Comrade Nong Thi Ha was born in 1971. During her work, she held the positions of Secretary of the Phuc Hoa District Party Committee and Secretary of the Quang Hoa District Party Committee (after the province merged Phuc Hoa and Quang Uyen districts). In April 2023, she was transferred and assigned to hold the position of Head of the Cao Bang Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee.
