San Marino Post issues stamp about San Marino National Football Team

On 18 November 2025, the San Marino Post Office, in cooperation with the San Marino Football Federation, issued a commemorative stamp for the National Football Team. The commemorative stamp is part of the “Sports” stamp collection, a thematic series that combines San Marino’s stamp tradition with the universal values ​​of sport.

This project, born from the collaboration between the San Marino Post Office and the San Marino Football Federation (FSGC), celebrates the memorable success of 18 November 2024, when the San Marino National Football Team achieved a historic victory in Group D of the UEFA Nations League, earning promotion to Group C and writing an unforgettable page in the country’s sporting history. This achievement has sparked enthusiasm and recognition both nationally and internationally.

The stamps, measuring 50 x 70 mm, depict the team's official jersey on a blue background and are limited to 25,000. Each stamp is worth 4.95 euros and is printed using four-color offset printing, a Pantone color and transparent fluorescent yellow ink at the security stamp printing company Cartor. For the first time in the history of San Marino stamps, velvet paper has been used, an innovative material that offers collectors a unique product.
