Accordingly, the Secretariat decided that Mr. Pham Minh Tuan would cease to hold the position of Director - Editor-in-Chief of the National Political Publishing House Truth; and transfer and appoint him to the position of Deputy Editor-in-Chief, in charge of the Communist Magazine.
Handing over the decision and delivering the assignment speech, Deputy Head of the Central Organizing Committee Mai Van Chinh said that Mr. Pham Minh Tuan is a young cadre who has undergone a process of studying, training, and fostering in many majors: law, journalism, political science, publishing, etc.; has held many teaching, leadership, and management positions, including many important positions.

Deputy Head of the Central Organizing Committee Mai Van Chinh requested Mr. Pham Minh Tuan and the Communist Review team to continue to maintain the magazine's identity as the Party's ideological flag; continue to promote advantages and strengths, overcome difficulties and challenges to fulfill assigned functions and tasks. Closely combine theoretical research and practical summarization with propaganda and publishing work, taking research quality as the basis to improve theoretical and combative qualities; aim to periodically build theoretical consulting reports to serve the Central Committee.
At the same time, build writers with a brand worthy of the Communist Magazine; promote digital transformation, increase the application of modern technology, and meet requirements quickly and promptly.
In his acceptance speech, Mr. Pham Minh Tuan expressed his thanks to the Secretariat and the leadership of the Communist Magazine Editorial Board for entrusting him with the task and promised to always be exemplary, try hard, and work hard, together with the magazine's leadership, staff, and employees to continue the tradition, maintain its role and position, and develop steadily.
Mr. Pham Minh Tuan was born on January 16, 1974; hometown Nhan Chinh ward, Thanh Xuan, Hanoi . He has a Bachelor of Journalism, Doctor of Law, Associate Professor of Political Science. Before being transferred and appointed to the position of Deputy Editor-in-Chief in charge of the Communist Magazine, Mr. Pham Minh Tuan held the position of Director of the Regional Political Academy II under the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics (from April 2016 to December 2020), then held the position of Director - Editor-in-Chief of the National Political Publishing House Truth (from January 2021 to April 2023). |
