Appointment of Board of Directors of Vietnam Bank for Social Policies

(Chinhphu.vn) - Deputy Prime Minister Ho Duc Phoc signed Decision No. 2107/QD-TTg dated September 19, 2025 of the Prime Minister appointing comrade Y Vinh Tor, Alternate Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Minister of Ethnic Minorities and Religions, concurrently holding the position of Member of the Board of Directors of the Vietnam Bank for Social Policies.

According to the Decision, comrade Y Vinh Tor concurrently holds the position of Member of the Board of Directors of the Social Policy Bank, replacing comrade Hau A Lenh who has been assigned other work.

The term of appointment is 5 years.

The Decision takes effect from September 19, 2025.

* Comrade Y Vinh Tor was born on August 16, 1976; hometown: Dak Lak Province. Position: Member of the Party Central Committee: XIII term (alternate); Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Deputy Minister of Ethnic Minorities and Religions (from March 2025). Political theory level: Senior. Professional qualifications: Master of Public Administration, Forestry Engineer.
