Adding 6 vice chairmen of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front

On the morning of July 10, the 4th Conference of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front (VFF), term X, 2024 - 2029, conducted consultations to elect personnel to participate in the Committee, the Presidium, and vice presidents of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, term X, 2024 - 2029.

Chairman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Do Van Chien and Vice Chairman - General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Nguyen Thi Thu Ha presented flowers to congratulate the new Vice Chairmen of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front.

Based on the report of the Presidium, the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front unanimously agreed to elect 23 members to join the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front.

The delegates also consulted and elected 7 members to join the Presidium of the 10th Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front.

In which, the specialized staff includes 1 person: Ms. Ha Thi Nga, member of the Party Central Committee, member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, Central mass organizations (former Secretary of Tuyen Quang Provincial Party Committee).

Representative of member organization includes 1 person: Lieutenant General Truong Thien To, Deputy Director of the General Department of Politics of the Vietnam People's Army.

Chairmen of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committees of provinces and cities include 5 positions:

Mr. U Huan, Alternate Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Quang Ngai province.

Ms. Ho Thi Cam Dao, Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee, Chairwoman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Can Tho City.

Mr. Pham Van Lap, Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee, Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hai Phong City.

Mr. Bui Duc Hinh, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Phu Tho province.

Mr. Le Tri Thanh, Member of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Da Nang City.

Also at the conference, 100% of delegates voted to approve the list of vice chairmen of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, including:

Ms. Ha Thi Nga, Member of the Party Central Committee, Member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and Central mass organizations (former Secretary of the Tuyen Quang Provincial Party Committee).

Mr. Nguyen Dinh Khang, Member of the Party Central Committee, President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor.

Mr. Luong Quoc Doan, Member of the Party Central Committee, President of the Vietnam Farmers' Union.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Tuyen, Member of the Party Central Committee, President of the Vietnam Women's Union.

Mr. Bui Quang Huy, Alternate Member of the Party Central Committee, First Secretary of the Executive Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union.

Senior Lieutenant General Be Xuan Truong, President of the Vietnam Veterans Association.

Chairman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Do Van Chien said that this is a historic event that is a turning point in the work of the front. Because, among the people introduced and consulted to join the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, the Presidium has 20 people who are deputy secretaries of the provincial party committees - people who have gone through a process of working, striving, and drawing practical experience associated with the Party's theory. With this position, each person will fulfill two roles, the role of a party member and the role of a member of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front.

"This demonstrates the Party's special attention in strengthening the role and historical mission of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, the political core role to consolidate, strengthen, build and promote the strength of great national unity, bringing the Vietnam Fatherland Front into a new era...", Mr. Chien emphasized.

List of 23 new members of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front

Full-time staff includes 1 person: Ms. Ha Thi Nga, member of the Party Central Committee, member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and Central mass organizations (former Secretary of the Tuyen Quang Provincial Party Committee).

Representatives of member organizations include two people: Lieutenant General Truong Thien To, Deputy Director of the General Department of Politics of the Vietnam People's Army; Associate Professor, Doctor, Meritorious Artist Tran Quang Quy, President of the Vietnam Association of Retired Teachers.
