(HNMO) - The Ministry of Information and Communications has issued Official Dispatch No. 1669/BTTTT-BC dated May 9, 2023 to ministries, ministerial-level agencies, government agencies and People's Committees of provinces and centrally run cities on promoting the implementation of Decision No. 45/2016/QD-TTg of the Prime Minister on receiving and returning results of administrative procedure settlement via public postal services.
Accordingly, in recent times, the reception of dossiers and return of results of administrative procedure settlement via public postal services according to Decision No. 45/2016/QD-TTg has been of interest to ministries, branches and localities. The number of dossiers and results of administrative procedure settlement carried out via public postal services has increased over the years. In 2022 alone, 33.2 million dossiers and results of administrative procedure settlement were received and returned via public postal services, making an important contribution to improving the quality of administrative procedure settlement, serving people, organizations and businesses.
To continue to implement the reception of documents and return of results via public postal services more widely and effectively, contributing to improving the quality of administrative procedure settlement, the Ministry of Information and Communications proposes:
Ministries, ministerial-level agencies, agencies under the Government , People's Committees of provinces and centrally-run cities direct and coordinate with relevant agencies and units to promote propaganda to organizations and individuals about receiving dossiers and returning results of administrative procedure settlement via public postal services.
At the same time, direct departments, branches, and People's Committees at all levels to continue to coordinate with public postal enterprises in the area in training and instructing employees on regulations and professional processes of administrative procedures in the list of procedures received and returned through public postal services.
Notably, the Ministry of Information and Communications requested ministries, branches and localities to continue reviewing and supplementing administrative procedures that do not require individuals or organizations to be present in person to include them in the list of administrative procedures that receive dossiers and return results of administrative procedure settlement via public postal services.
