Lieutenant General Nguyen Quoc Duyet, member of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, Commander of the Hanoi Capital Command attended the program.

The program honored 4 children who won prizes in international competitions; 7 children who won prizes at the national level; 13 children who won prizes at the provincial and city levels; 69 children who won prizes at the district, county and town levels; and 17 children with difficult circumstances who excelled in their studies.

Praising and commending the achievements of outstanding students in the 2022-2023 school year, Major General Tran Ngoc Tuan, Political Commissar of the Hanoi Capital Command, requested that Party committees and commanders of agencies and units pay more attention toeducation and training in general and the learning of children of officers and employees in the agencies and units in particular; organize well activities to encourage learning and talent; spread the spirit of studiousness to become a driving force for children to study and practice in the new school year.

"Families need to create better conditions for our children to study, practice and strive; each family must truly be a "small school". Each parent must truly become a "teacher" of their children, so that they can study, place their trust in them and so that we can have more and more good and excellent students, many talents of the capital in the future", Major General Tran Ngoc Tuan emphasized.

Reward students who won international, national and provincial and city awards.

Vu Thuc Trinh, a student at Ba Vi High School (Ba Vi District, Hanoi), expressed her pride in continuing the tradition of the heroic Vietnamese people and inheriting the achievements of previous generations. Vu Thuc Trinh affirmed that on the journey to realize their dreams, they always receive the love and care of their families and relatives, the companionship and guidance of their teachers as well as the timely attention and encouragement of the leaders of the Hanoi Capital Command.

On behalf of 110 outstanding students attending the meeting, Vu Thuc Trinh promised to try her best to become outstanding students, worthy of being the future masters of the country as President Ho Chi Minh instructed.

Before attending the commendation ceremony, outstanding students of the 2022-2023 school year reported their achievements at President Ho Chi Minh's Mausoleum.
