Ministry of Health launched the 4th I Am Healthier and More Beautiful Contest

The competition consists of 3 rounds, lasting from September 9 to December 25, 2025. The Organizing Committee will select 12 best candidates to honor at the Closing and Award Ceremony.

On the morning of September 9, the launching ceremony of the 4th "I am healthier and more beautiful" contest was organized by Health and Life Newspaper to continue promoting the movement of scientific exercise and proper nutrition in the community.

Speaking at the ceremony, Deputy Minister of Health Tran Van Thuan affirmed that I am healthier and more beautiful is not just a contest, but has truly become a vibrant social movement with thousands of participants, tens of thousands of articles, images, videos spread and millions of interactions in digital space.

“More importantly, behind those numbers are countless touching stories, about the will to lose dozens of kilograms to regain confidence, about the determination to overcome stagnation to exercise daily, or about the happiness of families changing their lifestyle together to be healthier and more connected. Each contestant, each journey is a vivid proof that prevention is better than cure,” Deputy Minister Tran Van Thuan emphasized.

After 3 consecutive years of organization, the I Am Healthier and More Beautiful Contest has gone beyond the framework of a contest to become a social movement with far-reaching influence, creating a community of healthy nutrition practices and scientific exercise.

The program's appeal is demonstrated by the number of participants growing rapidly year by year: from more than 2,000 registrations in 2022, increasing to more than 3,500 in 2023 and reaching nearly 5,000 in 2024. Behind the numbers are thousands of inspirational stories about dramatic changes in both physical and mental health, affirming the value and practical meaning that the competition brings to the community.

The Head of the Organizing Committee of the Contest calls on all people from 18 years old and in suitable health conditions to register to participate in a 3-month journey of health training and scientific nutrition practice.

Contestants: All Vietnamese citizens aged 18 and over, in good health.

Content and rounds: The contest consists of 3 rounds, each round lasts 1 month.

Prize structure:

01 Special Prize: 50,000,000 VND.

01 First Prize: 30,000,000 VND.

02 Second Prizes: each prize 20,000,000 VND.

03 Third Prizes: each prize is 10,000,000 VND.

05 Fourth Prizes: each prize is 5,000,000 VND.
