Training skills and expertise for grassroots female cadres

BTO-124 chairmen and vice chairmen of the Women's Unions of communes and wards in the province are attending a skills and professional training course organized by the Provincial Women's Union.

During 3 days (from June 19 to 21), the Union's officials were informed and guided by the reporters on 7 topics related to social work with a number of vulnerable women; skills in handling hot spots; inspection, supervision, settlement of complaints, denunciations and disciplinary action in the Vietnam Women's Union system for the 2022-2027 term; skills in attracting and gathering women members and managing their capacity; social supervision and criticism work for the 2022-2027 term; skills in collecting, analyzing, synthesizing information, writing reports; and instructions on organizing conferences.

Through training, grassroots Union officials will grasp and update the basic and necessary knowledge and skills to effectively carry out propaganda work at the grassroots level. Promote the proactive role in responding to and participating in effectively solving a number of social issues related to women, minimizing negative impacts, improving the quality of life of women, thereby effectively implementing the tasks and key work programs set out.
