The Premier League, La Liga, Bundesliga, and Ligue 1 have all crowned their champions, including Liverpool, Barcelona, Bayern Munich, and PSG. The Champions League qualification spots are also gradually being determined.

Of these teams, Man City has played one fewer game than the four mentioned above. If they win both of their remaining matches, Pep Guardiola's team will have 71 points, securing a 99% chance of qualifying for the Champions League next season. Man City's next two opponents, Fulham and Bournemouth, also have nothing left to play for.

Newcastle, Chelsea, and Aston Villa all have 66 points and are ranked from 3rd to 5th in the league table. Of these, Newcastle has the easiest fixture, facing Everton, who are ranked 13th. Aston Villa will travel to Manchester United, while Chelsea and Nottingham Forest will battle it out for the remaining Champions League spot.

Nottingham Forest are the surprise package of this year's Premier League, with 65 points, level with Man City and one point behind Chelsea. This is Nuno Santo's last chance for his team to secure a place in next season's Champions League.

What to expect from La Liga?

In La Liga, the five spots for next season's Champions League have already been filled, including Barcelona, Real Madrid, Atletico Madrid, Bilbao, and Villarreal.

Real Betis is the first team to qualify for the Europa League next season. The remaining spot will be contested between Celta Vigo and Vallecano, with only a one-point difference between the two teams.
