Some people assume that MCs and editors who appear on the 7pm News often only read pre-written news or they can also edit from news reports sent by colleagues. I know that editor Minh Trang, in addition to presenting the news on air, also participates in the production organization work to make reports? The audience still knows the people working at VTV, especially those who often appear on air with the familiar title of editor. Basically, our News Department does not have people who just sit in one place, always appearing with beautiful, flashy images, but each person has different professional tasks. With the editing work, we all have to participate in news reports or our specialized fields. In addition, we also go on assignment like many other reporters. Because without experience and practical experience to hone our expertise, the quality of the program cannot be guaranteed. The news presenter must have social knowledge. That is the way we cultivate and improve our expertise.

Furthermore, I always believe that the job of a program host only has a fixed career. Therefore, I always improve my skills every day so that when I am no longer a program host, I can still be a reporter, a journalist, and continue to devote myself to my passion for television. You work as a Culture - Entertainment - Tourism editor, so some reports directly criticize artists - those with a large fan base, have you ever been attacked by fans of your idols? People often think that Culture and Entertainment is a field with little conflict and no need to venture into danger, but it also has pressure, sometimes greatly affecting the work of me and my colleagues. Because in a television product, we often work in groups. We have been attacked or sued by fans of artists mentioned when we mentioned a negative aspect on television. This is not uncommon. Every time it happens, we often discuss with each other to find a solution. But the ultimate motto is always to limit disadvantages for those I mention. As a journalist, I want to aim for positive, constructive messages, not reportage and news that hurt others both physically and mentally. I have to use my voice to contribute, to build, to create good things for all fields, including culture. Everything has its downside. When I mention it, I have to accept the pressure. But I believe that with good goals, a positive approach to the job, and a good direction, no matter how difficult it is, my colleagues and I will overcome it. Not all letters from readers are complimentary, there are some rude ones.

- As MCs and editors at VTV, many people can freely run shows outside, while those who often appear on the 7pm news bulletin feel like they have to follow an 'unwritten rule' for maintaining their image and behavior related to work at the office and in real life. Is this true? We always have rules to form a News culture. Reporters in this department must have standards of culture and behavior in life and on social networks. We use social networks regularly, both to interact with people and to listen and see how life is around us. We don't call it pressure, but pride. Because whether we don't appear on screen or are famous show hosts or not, we are all News people, always forming civilized and elegant styles and behaviors. Because News is a prestigious unit, when working in this environment, we also want to build ourselves to be neat and professional, so that everyone can see a trustworthy image. At that time, what I say will convince people, and the reports made will be easily sympathized and shared by everyone. 4 years ago, you shared with me that the most impressive gift you received was a handwritten letter from an elderly audience member along with a stone necklace. What other gifts have you received in the past? - People who follow News are usually middle-aged. In addition to the elderly who often have the habit of writing letters to me, young people often send them via text messages. I have been wrongly blamed by the audience for not replying, but I really cannot reply to all of them. When I have time and am lucky enough to read a news line, I reply immediately. Even letters with only 1 or 2 lines are the motivation for me to try harder every day. Not all letters from readers are compliments, there are some rude letters but I just try my best to complete the assigned work, worthy of everyone's love. Sometimes the attention of the audience is not appropriate, I consider it as experience in the profession. Although I am also sad when reading negative letters. But fortunately, the audience still loves me more.
Are you a busy woman in happiness? Or are you sacrificing too much for your career? People who work in the news always have to struggle with work and family. Because there are times when you have to spend too much time on work, there are times when your family really needs you but you cannot arrange it harmoniously, leading to feelings of guilt and discomfort. At the end of last year, I was startled when I received a letter from my daughter. She said: "This year I will enter 5th grade. I hope your work will be less stressful and you will spend more time with me." That was the letter that made me think and worry a lot. Before, it was my thought but now it has become my daughter's wish. However, this is still an unanswered question that I cannot answer. I just try to do my job as well as possible and spend time with my child. However, because I am a perfectionist, wanting to do everything well, sometimes I still cannot avoid being lacking with my family.

- You have a job you love and a happy little family. Are you satisfied with your life or do you want to do bigger things, for example, strive to have a work that wins a national journalism award? I usually don't set milestones in my work. Because if you don't expect anything but devote all your heart to doing it well, success will definitely come. With my current job, I have never considered myself a famous person but always have to be responsible for that position. When I reach "maturity" in my career and have luck, there will be achievements worthy of the efforts I put in. I always know where my abilities are and how much effort I need to put in at this time.
