Taking place from October 5-12, 2025, Saigon Pro-Am Basketball Cup 2025 brought by VNPAY , organized by New Sports Joint Stock Company, gathering 10 teams, is becoming the focus of the Ho Chi Minh City basketball community.
Accompanying SBC 2025 is the main Title Sponsor - VNPAY, affirming its pioneering position in the field of digital payments and connecting with Vietnamese professional sports . Tickets for Saigon ProAm Basketball Cup 2025 are distributed on the VNPAY App platform and banking applications, providing fans with a fast, convenient and completely cashless ticket purchasing experience.

Unlike previous seasons, SBC 2025 is no longer open to the public but instead sells tickets with many attractive gifts, helping to control the number of spectators and enhance the viewing experience. The heat of SBC 2025 was confirmed when all tickets on the Ticketbox platform for the first day of competition were quickly "sold out" a few minutes before the opening ceremony.
The audience's love was rewarded with dramatic matches. Right in the first match, Solar and 3F Phu Tho entered the field with fierce responses. The overwhelming strength of foreign player James Milton (32 points) and 5 3-point shots from Vo Huy Hoan brought the final victory of 103-91 for Solar.
The next match took place with a tug of war throughout the first 2 quarters. Passion with an average squad of only 19 years old did an excellent job of keeping the balance, before Saigon Hot concentrated on attacking with accurate shots from the middle of the 3rd quarter. Jona Naethanel and Anthony White continuously took turns on the field, along with Vu The Cang and the uniformity of the whole team, Saigon Hot won with a score of 83-68.
Right after the two opening matches, the SBC 2025 Opening Ceremony took place at 18:00 with the exciting opening performance of representatives from 10 teams, stirring up the atmosphere in the stadium. The excitement was pushed up when “Em Xinh” Danmy appeared with an explosive performance, energizing the audience before entering the next two matches.

Following that, The Baller Club brought a squad of only 10 players to face the defending champion Tsunami Dreamers. The effort of foreign player Michael Caroll with 27 points and Tran Ngoc Binh with 22 points could not stop the uniformity of experienced stars such as Davon Dillard, Tam Dinh, Cong Dinh and To Ngoc Khanh. Tsunami Dreamers maintained the lead throughout the match and ended with a result of 96-83.

The most anticipated encounter between IN'N'OUT and Next Level Hyperhall was dramatic but there were no surprises. The burden fell on the shoulders of Yevgen Sakhniuk, Tony Hoang and Duong Duc Tri as the remaining players of Next Level Hyperhall could not show their full strength. Meanwhile, their opponents had Kentrell Barkley with 36 points and 24 rebounds, along with Khoa Tran (21 points) and Tim Waale (15 points). The 104-94 victory was not too difficult for IN'N'OUT as they kept the lead throughout the match.

Although the first day of competition lasted until 23:00, almost all the spectators still stayed until the end to witness the fierce competition of the stars. All attention is continuing to be focused on the second day of competition, taking place on October 6, 2025, when the two remaining unknowns - Saigon Souls and Pick'n'Roll - will join the race. Can Solar continue to bring home the victory against the discipline and perseverance of Saigon Souls, and how will Pick'n'Roll's 100% domestic squad handle the situation when facing the stars of Next Level Hyperhall?
The group stage of the Saigon Pro-Am Basketball Cup 2025 brought by VNPAY will take place from October 5–9, 2025, at Ho Xuan Huong Stadium, Ho Chi Minh City. The Quarterfinals, Semifinals, Third Place Match and Final will follow immediately from October 10–12, 2025.
