With the theme "Love Without Borders," the second night of the Da Nang International Fireworks Festival – DIFF 2023, sponsored and co-organized by Sun Group and the People's Committee of Da Nang City, took visitors through a range of emotions related to love, from spectacular and colorful fireworks displays to engaging artistic performances from Vietnamese and international artists.

Canada, the land of the maple leaf. The show opened with mesmerizing and magical light displays in the night sky of Da Nang. Set to the vibrant music of 14 of Canada's best songs , the performance, titled "Aurora Borealis," created streaks of light depicting the captivating natural phenomenon. The special effects of the performance evoked romantic memories of the distant land of the maple leaf – where warm-hearted people sing, party, and dance together to welcome the summer.

According to Alain Bouthlier, director of the Canadian fireworks team, after a long period of people staying home due to Covid-19, the opportunity to come to Da Nang to meet and interact has helped to bridge the gap between the world. The Da Nang International Fireworks Festival brings people closer together, connecting Canada and Vietnam. The light show demonstrates that the world is no longer distant.

Meanwhile, the Arteventia team from France brought a romantic fireworks display to Da Nang. Having won numerous major awards at fireworks competitions in the USA, Poland, Belgium, and other countries, the Arteventia team presented a spectacular performance at DIFF 2023 themed "Colors of Hope," vividly portraying stories of love and hope through the skillful language of light and captivating music. As Edouard Gregoire, the team's director, stated: "We wanted the performance to not only showcase professionalism but also convey human emotions and touch the hearts of the audience." Indeed, the French team's fireworks display left a deep impression on the viewers.

Mr. Nguyen Huu Hoa, a tourist from Zone 7, Kim Long town, Tam Duong district, Vinh Phuc province, couldn't hide his emotions: "I've been to France before and was captivated by the romantic beauty of this country. Today, their fireworks display brought me back to beautiful memories in Paris - the city of light. The fireworks display by the French team was truly magical and inspiring."

Beyond the spectacular fireworks display, the second night of the Da Nang International Fireworks Festival was also a musical festival, featuring love songs that were sometimes deeply lyrical and sentimental, and at other times explosively passionate.

With the theme "A World Without Borders," DIFF 2023 continues to tell the story of a vibrant, youthful, dynamic, and modern Da Nang – a "city of leading festivals in Asia."

The third night of DIFF 2023 will take place on June 17th with the theme "Conquering Dreams," featuring teams from Australia and Italy, and will be broadcast live on Da Nang Radio and Television Channel DRT.
