According to a quick report from the Department of Education and Training (GD&DT), the first exam session (Literature) in the province was absent in 57 candidates and 11 supervisors. The number of candidates in the first exam session was the same as the number of candidates absent in the morning of June 3, who did not come to the exam location to complete the exam procedures. The absent supervisors were replaced by backup supervisors.

The first exam took place normally, no candidate or invigilator violated exam regulations.

On June 4, candidates will take two exams: Math and English.

On June 5, candidates who registered for the entrance exam to Hoang Le Kha High School for the Gifted continued to take the specialized subject exam according to their initial registration wishes.

Candidates leave the exam room after the Literature test is over at Hoang Van Thu High School.

According to regulations, each student taking the entrance exam to a specialized school can register for one specialized class. Students taking the specialized Literature exam can register for one more specialized History class (using the admission score for the specialized Literature class to be considered for the specialized History class).

Students taking the specialized Math exam can register for one more wish to enter the specialized IT class (using the admission score for the specialized Math class to consider the specialized IT class). This wish for the specialized History class or the specialized IT class will only be considered in the case that the specialized History class or the specialized IT class has less than 20 students admitted.
