In 2023, units under Emulation Cluster No. 7 always closely follow the Party's orientation, viewpoints, guidelines, policies and laws of the State and the leadership and direction of provincial/municipal Party Committees and People's Committees of provinces and cities to proactively implement assigned tasks.

The work of propaganda and production of news, articles, reports, and columns has not allowed any errors on the airwaves. Information and propaganda are timely, honest, and comprehensive in all aspects of political , economic, cultural, and social life at home and abroad. Notably: Maintaining and improving the quality of propaganda of the 13th Central Committee Resolution 4 on strengthening Party building; preventing and repelling degradation in ideology, politics, ethics, lifestyle, manifestations of "self-evolution" and "self-transformation"; propagating the Party's history, ideology, ethics, and Ho Chi Minh's style...

Units in the cluster have sent more than 1,000 officials and employees to attend political theory training courses, professional training, state management knowledge training, national security and defense knowledge training, digital transformation, document archiving, bidding skills training, etc. organized by the province, city and industry.

The conference also summarized the program "Connecting the Southeast" which was implemented by the stations in rotation as the main connection point, broadcasting simultaneously every Sunday morning on the regional channels with 52 programs with 262 news and reports, ensuring quick and timely information. "Connecting the Southeast" became an attractive program, attracting audiences and listeners with quite high professional quality, imbued with outstanding regional culture...

Radio and Television stations have promptly deployed digital infrastructure applications to deliver products and programs, reaching many audiences, maintaining high access rates and stable quality. Cultural and sports exchanges, emulation activities of labor and creative movements... in the emulation cluster have been maintained, creating a vibrant and exciting competitive atmosphere among units.

At the conference, a number of units in Emulation Cluster No. 7 discussed: Some regulations issued by central agencies are of a general regulatory nature, while the fields of press, radio and television are of a specific nature. It is recommended that the Ministry of Information and Communications should have more specific guidance on copyright, digitization, ordering mechanisms, economic and technical norms, etc. Thereby contributing to sharing management and operation experiences, and exchanging development orientations for the local radio and television industry in the coming time.

Speaking at the conference, Deputy Director of the Department of Radio, Television and Electronic Information Nguyen Ha Yen highly appreciated the emulation movement of Emulation Cluster No. 7, and at the same time shared and suggested solutions to remove some difficulties and problems related to financial issues and copyright in the operations of stations...

The conference also organized emulation and reward evaluation in 2023. At the same time, the role of Head of Emulation Cluster No. 7 in 2024 was transferred to Ho Chi Minh City Television Station and Deputy Head of Cluster to Radio - Television Station and Binh Phuoc Newspaper.
