Units hand over gratitude houses to families with revolutionary contributions in Vinh Truong ward

On the afternoon of May 14, Khanh Hoa Provincial Journalists Association, Military Commercial Joint Stock Bank (MB Bank) coordinated with Vinh Truong Ward People's Committee (Nha Trang City) to organize a handover ceremony of a gratitude house to the family of Mr. Vo Van Dang - a relative of a martyr in Truong Dong Residential Group (Vinh Truong Ward). This is an activity of the Provincial Journalists Association to celebrate the 100th anniversary of Vietnam Revolutionary Press Day (June 21, 1925 - June 21, 2025) and respond to the province's policy of eliminating temporary and dilapidated houses.

Leaders of the Provincial Journalists Association, MB Bank and the Ward People's Committee presented gifts and handed over houses to the people.

Mr. Vo Van Dang's family is worshiping a Vietnamese Heroic Mother and 4 martyrs. Mr. Dang's family's house has an area of ^​​50m2 , is degraded, and does not ensure living conditions. Through a survey, the Provincial Journalists Association mobilized MB Bank to support 70 million VND, along with the family's savings of more than 1.5 million VND to repair the house walls, raise the floor, re-tile, replace the roof and some other items. The house was completed on May 12, after more than 3 weeks of construction. On this occasion, Vinh Truong Ward People's Committee presented gifts to congratulate Mr. Dang's family on having a new house.
