The Department of Education and Training of Ha Tinh has just issued a document directing schools to speed up teaching and education activities and prevent the COVID-19 epidemic in the new situation.
Ha Tinh Department of Education and Training recommends that teachers and students strengthen epidemic prevention measures.
Following the direction of the Department of Education and Training, units will review teaching content and programs to ensure completion of plans within the prescribed time; organize review and consolidate knowledge for students; review the quality of education, pay attention to training and tutoring for students who have not completed knowledge, skills of subjects, educational activities or students who have to miss school a lot.
Organize regular tests, evaluate students, transfer the quality of lower grade students to upper grade students according to regulations and ensure safety. Schools develop appropriate review plans and content for grade 9 and 12 students; prepare adequate knowledge and skills, create a good mindset for students to take exams, and avoid overloading teaching and putting pressure on students.
The Department of Education and Training also directed schools to continue to do a good job of epidemic prevention by strictly implementing school health work; and building flexible and effective response plans for possible situations.
Teachers and students are advised to follow epidemic prevention requirements such as: vaccination, cleaning classrooms, wearing masks in public places, limiting crowds, limiting travel, especially during the April 30 and May 1 holidays to prevent the spread of the disease.
Schools need to proactively coordinate closely with local health agencies in monitoring and managing the health of school members to prevent and detect early cases of illness or suspected illness, and promptly prevent the spread of COVID-19 in schools.
