How to make Lang Son braised pork belly

HeritageHeritage18/06/2024

Khau nhuc is a dish of braised pork belly, with a typical Chinese flavor. However, when it was brought to Lang Son , Khau nhuc had a slight change in the way it was cooked to suit the taste of Vietnamese people. After many meticulous steps, the Khau nhuc dish is completed with an indescribable aroma of Mac Mat leaves, wood ear mushrooms and other spices combined with the soft, fatty taste of the meat, making diners want to eat it forever.
