Besides his stable performance, Nhat Long also said that his victory was partly lucky. " I was a bit surprised and felt lucky. My victory today was more due to luck because my teammates also played very well. I think that practicing regularly and competing in many tournaments helps me have a better competitive spirit and prepare for any necessary situations ."

After the 2023 National Golf Championship, Nhat Long will join Anh Minh, Dang Minh and 4 other players to prepare for the 19th Asian Games in Hangzhou. Nhat Long got a ticket straight to the national team thanks to winning the selection round organized by the Vietnam Golf Association in July.
