In Hanoi , senior management positions in the Financial Services - Securities sector can earn up to VND381 million/month. Head of Finance and Accounting positions also record an average salary of about VND71 million. For experienced personnel, the starting salary can be from VND25 million or more.
Similarly, the Banking industry also offers attractive income opportunities, with director salaries ranging from 305 million to 457 million VND, and experienced employees can earn from 30 to 38 million VND.
