On the morning of July 3, upon receiving a notice from the Provincial Police Youth Union that the mother of a colleague working in Ha Tien ward was being treated at the Provincial Oncology Hospital and needed to urgently receive 2 units of blood type A but the blood supply at the Provincial General Hospital had run out, the Youth Union of the Staff Department of An Giang Provincial Police mobilized its members to participate in blood donation.
