Explaining the many illegal constructions in the area, the leader of Hoa Hiep Bac Ward said that tourism development along Luong stream has a lot of potential, but is currently stuck with old regulations, making it very difficult to manage these long-standing tourist areas.

"After receiving the feedback, the local authorities went to inspect and discovered that the tourist area and businesses had arbitrarily built dams to block the flow of Luong stream. The ward has requested Danatol Joint Stock Company and other illegal businesses to voluntarily dismantle all stream blocking structures in the Luong stream area," said Mr. Nhon.

Regarding the issue of illegal construction in Hoa Hiep Bac Ward, the leader of Lien Chieu District People's Committee said that relevant agencies have received information and sent functional forces to inspect, make a record and will take measures to handle the matter.
"The district has directed functional forces to coordinate with the authorities of Hoa Hiep Bac Ward to be present at tourist sites for inspection. Violators will be forced to dismantle immediately. If they do not comply, strong enforcement will be applied," informed the leader of the People's Committee of Lien Chieu District.
